COST SUMMARY

For both hydraulic and treatment train design, the engineer's opinion of probable cost (EOPC) for both designs is predicted to be around $1,100,000,000. For operations and maintenance (O&M) costs for both design is predicted to be around $61,000,000 per year. The simplified cost table can be viewed in the table below. More detailed cost tables for both trains can be viewed in Appendix BD and BE for capital cost and Appendix BF and BG for O&M.
